Bent Andreassen

CEO Bent has over 20 years of management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, where he has played a decisive role in strategic growth, product launches and the development of innovative training programs. He has led an international training initiative for Norwegian doctors, with courses at some of the world's most renowned university hospitals.

As a central figure in Schering-Plough, Bent was responsible for several successful product launches. His expertise in commercial strategy and market expansion has led to lecturing across Europe on how to ensure successful launches in competitive markets.

Bent has a strong focus on innovation, commercial strategy and international growth. Through his extensive global network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), he has built a platform for collaboration across borders and disciplines. As CEO of Pharma Nordic, he leads the company with a vision to drive tomorrow's pharmaceutical solutions, with an emphasis on sustainability, patient focus and market-leading innovation.

Helge Strømskag

Chairman of the board Helge is educated as an economist. He built up the company Legeregnskap specialized in keeping accounts and providing legal advice to physicians in Norway. The company has more than 3,000 doctors on its client list. Helge also runs extensive courses in economics and tax. Helge sold the company in 2021, and is currently active chairman of Pharma Nordic.

Halvor Celius

Commercial Director Halvor Celius graduated from the Norwegian University of Technology and Science in 1998 and has +20 years of experience from leadership roles the life science industry. This includes chairman roles in start-ups and industry associations as well as global sales responsibilities. As global marketing manager Halvor managed successful international growth of a major nasal pharmaceutical for allergic rhinitis and achieved highest sales per capita in the Norwegian market for a now world-leading antihistamine. He was as CEO responsible for a successful international clinical trial studying a brain-tissue mimicking fluid for improved ultrasound imaging during brain tumor surgery.

Kjetil Høye

Cand.med. / Chief Medical Officer Kjetil graduated as a physician from the University of Bergen in 1982, and has more than 140,000 consultations in general practice. He worked as a doctor in Elverum in the period 1985-2006, and as a researcher with Medi3 inland, M3- Health, Frisk Helse and Aktimed Helse in the period 2006-2017 and 2020-2021. Kjetil has participated in more than 120 different clinical trials as an investigator trials of human medicine and was approved by the US FDA, EMA and SLV in a joint inspection in 2012. He has published several medical articles in Norwegian and international journals.

Siv Jensen

Board member Siv Jensen was the Minister of Finance in the Solberg government from 2013 to 2020 and is the longest-serving finance minister since the introduction of parliamentarism in 1884. She was a member of parliament from 1997 to 2021 and the leader of Fremskrittspartiet for 15 years. Today, Siv holds several board positions, gives lectures for the business community, and offers consulting services in communication, leadership, and political processes.

Geir Riise

Cand.med/physician and Board member Geir graduated as a physician at the University of Tromsoe In 1984. He has a master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Oslo in 1995. Geir Riise has been Chief physician in the Statoil Group, Chief physician and medical specialist in The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO), CEO of Hjelp 24 (now Avonova), Safety director of Posten Norge AS (the group) and Secretary General of T he Norwegian Medical Association (from 2009-2021). Riise has published several articles in medical journals. He has also edited medical books. Today he is Chairman of the Board in two different national organizations. He is widely used as a lecturer in various medical subjects

Ola Gudmundsen

Dr.philos / Chief Scientific Officer Ola is a physiologist educated at Univ. of Oslo. In 1995 he started a consultancy company (LINK Medical) evolving to a full-service contract research organization and regulatory service provider with more than 200 employees in offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany and UK. He sold the company in 2023 and established a consultancy service for health care companies (BioMedical Visions AS), utilizing his in-depth knowledge and experience in the medical sector.

Hans Tomter

Cand.med/physician and Board member Hans Tomter is a physician specializing in Community Medicine and Psychiatry. He has held various positions within the medical profession, and is currently the municipal chief physician in Risør municipality. Hans has previously worked as a county physician in Oppland (Innlandet Norway) and as a psychiatrist in several places in Norway. Hans also has extensive experience as a military physician, where his last position was lieutenant colonel/physician at the Medical Section-Forsvarets Personnel and Conscription Center. Hans has also contributed to Norway in operations abroad.

Heidi Kristin Haugen

Board member Heidi holds a degree in economics and has 30 years of experience in the private sector, including the past 15 years as an entrepreneur. She has a background as a Client Solution Executive at IBM and has served as CEO of GrønnIT and SkyeTec. Today, she holds multiple board positions and is a partner as well as the CFO of SkyeTec.

Bettina Ravn

COO, Denmark Bettina brings extensive leadership experience from the consumer healthcare, technology, and telecommunications industries. Her work in the pharmaceutical sector has been particularly focused on the OTC category within the Nordic markets. Her expertise lies in driving commercial and operational excellence, business development, growth strategies, and go-to-market execution in dynamic and competitive sectors. With a keen understanding of industry and market trends, Bettina excels at transforming strategic objectives into impactful results.

Anders Söderlund

Sales & Marketing Director Sweden Anders has extensive experience in the consumer healthcare industry and has held several leadership positions in sales and marketing in both smaller and larger companies. With in-depth knowledge of the Swedish and Nordic pharmacy markets, Anders knows how to drive sales and build strong brands. After working for many years at Cederroth, which later became part of Orkla Care, he has gained experience across a wide range of categories such as food supplements, non-prescription medicines, wound care, personal hygiene products, and other medical devices for personal use.

Linda Østberg

CFO Linda Østberg is a state-authorized accountant who has been the company's accountant since its inception, and has functioned throughout as the company's finance department with ongoing contact with customers, suppliers and shareholders.

Åse S. Mjelva

Cand.pharm.Director Regulatory and Safety Åse graduated as a pharmacist from the University of Oslo in 2006. She has 15 years of experience within RA, QA, and MD from several pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She was the RP for a company during the ISO 13485 process, and they successfully achieved the certificate. She has been a consultant for both start-ups and major pharmaceutical companies, worked with warehousing and production of medicinal products.
